I have known this Champagne producer Jacquesson for quite a long time.  Yet I never have a chance to taste even a single bottle.

I have recently read an article written by Matthew Jukes who recommends Jacquesson Cuvee No. 733.  Checking the price in London, it is just less than GBP300 a case.  Really seems like a very good deal.  As a result, I decided to buy a bottle in Hong Kong to give it a try before deciding if I would buy a case from London.  It is selling at HK$495 in Hong Kong.

Jacquesson is one of the first Champagne producer to provide detailed information about every batch of its non-vintage champagne.  Different non-vintage Buy Nolvadex Online Pharmacy No Prescription Needed Champagne can be identified by its different Cuvee numbers.  For example, this bottle is Cuvee No. 733.  Jacquesson has provided quite detailed information about this non-vintage Champagne.  78% of the grapes are coming from vintage 2005 with the rest from vintage 2001 and 2004.  This is a blend of 52% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Meunier and 24% Pinot Noir.  For those people like myself that never trust Champagne producer can produce consistent non-vintage Champagne year after year, this is very important.

Upon opened, the bottle immediately has explosive flavour.  All the people nearby Buy propecia online can easily smell it!  It has strong flavour of toast, yeast, apple, pear and minerality.  In palate, it has the same strong concentration and intensity of flavour.  Even though it has high acidity and low residual sugar at just 2.5 grams per litre (many Champagne will have as much as 15 grams of residual sugar per litre), this is a balanced wine that you will not find it too acidic.  Definitely a high quality Champagne that can be recommended!
