Phelan Segur slightly lacking concentration. However, I usually find this kind of wine to be a good food-wine. The alcohol level is also just at 13%. This bottle of 2005 Ch. Phelan Segur has strong aromas of damp earth and herbs. It has a very silky texture with very fine and ripe tannins. A very good quality Bordeaux wine which is reasonably priced in Hong Kong.
